— Official Rules for “Fountain Boat” Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S., 18 YEARS OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Warner Performance Marine, LLC located at 4808 94th St. N. St. Petersburg, FL 33708, herein referred to as the “Sponsor.”
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on August 10th, 2025 and ends on September 10th, 2025 or at a date when the value of the giveaway ($75,000) has been met, whichever comes first (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by September 10th unless extended by the sponsor at their sole discretion.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor or any affiliated company are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
(a) Paid Entry:
Participants receive entries by purchasing a sticker at www.fountainboatsweepstakes,com. Entry amounts are as follows:
- $250 purchase = 250 entries
(b) Free Mail-in Entry:
To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, address, phone number, and email on a 3"x5" card and mail it to:
Fountain Boat Sweepstakes, 4808 94th St. N. St. Petersburg, FL 33708
Mail-in entries must be received by September 10th, 2025 (unless extended at sole discretion of sponsor).
Each mail-in entry counts as 5 entries and must be submitted in a separate envelope. Illegible or incomplete entries will be discarded.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the following prize:
- 35 foot 2007 Fountain Executioner Boat, approximately valued at $75,000. Boat is awarded as is, without warranty. Winner is responsible for all taxes, title, registration, transfer, and delivery costs.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about September 15th. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
Winner will be notified by email and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the winner fails to respond or is disqualified, an alternate winner will be drawn.
7. Taxes and Legal
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes and fees. Sponsor may issue a 1099 form for tax reporting.
8. Publicity
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation or approval.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time due to fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond its control.
10. Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor.
